These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between Send It Technologies Inc. ("Send It," “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you” or the “User”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Send It mobile application, websites, APIs, smart‑contract tooling, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
1.2 Legal Capacity. You represent that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and comply with these Terms.
1.3 Prohibited Users. You may not use the Services if you are (a) in, under the control of, or a resident or national of any Restricted Jurisdiction (defined below); (b) on any U.S., U.K., E.U., U.N., or other applicable sanctions or watch list; or (c) otherwise prohibited by applicable law from using the Services.
1.4 Account Security. If the Services allow you to create a profile or use a sign‑in provider (e.g., phone‑based authentication), you are responsible for keeping your login methods secure and for all actions taken using your account.
2.1 Software Only; Non‑Custodial. Send It provides self‑custody wallet software and interfaces that let you (and, where applicable, members of a group) initiate, sign, and broadcast blockchain transactions. We do not control or access your private keys, seed phrases, or assets, and we cannot reverse transactions, freeze funds, or recover keys.
2.2 Shared / Group Wallets. The Services may enable multi‑user wallets (for example, multi‑signature or smart‑contract‑based wallets) with configurable rules for proposals, approvals, and execution. Transactions authorized by your group’s rules are final. Disputes among group members are outside our control; we are not a party to any arrangements between you and other members.
2.3 Not an Exchange or Broker. Send It does not: (a) act as a broker‑dealer, investment adviser, money manager, or custodian; (b) operate an order book or exchange; (c) route or match customer orders; or (d) take possession of or control over user assets. Any trading or swapping occurs directly between your wallet and third‑party protocols selected by you.
2.4 Third‑Party Protocols & Smart Contracts. Interactions with blockchains, bridges, DEXs/aggregators, or other smart contracts are provided by third parties. We do not own or control those protocols and don’t guarantee their availability, security, pricing, execution, or compliance.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we process personal information as described there.
